I still have to figure out how to more efficiently shrink my pictures so I can post them on Flickr. Having to do them all manually is sucky.

Hmmm I don't think you *have* to shrink them! There are uploader desktop programs that will do it for you. Or do you have such an awesome camera that this is not true?
Yeah, I use the flickr uploader which resizes them for me.
